I can remember going to a redskins game a few years back and as I got to the gate I realized I had my Razor knife in my pocket. Well I couldn't go back to the car cause I had to ride a stupid bus back to where my car was parked so that would take at least an hour and the game had already started. So as they frisked me I pulled the razor knife and my carkeys out of my pocket and held them in my hands over my head. Old magicians trick he he. Anyway when the guy said OK I put my hands down and put my keys and my razor knife back in my pocket and went on in. I would have just trown it away but it was like a 20 dollar fold up deal and was really nice. I'm a contractor that's why I had it. good thing I'm not a terrorist.

So much for security at football games

Everyone is jumping on the bandwagon of hating the police on this, and its too one sided, how do we not know that the bloke being arrested commited a crime earlier on, hence being pointed out ? Theres gotta to be more to it than that

I got searched going into a football match a few years ago. I had a packet of guitar strings in my pocket.

The Police confiscated them and said I could get them back after the match (which I made a point of doing).

What did they think I was going to do? Garrot people?

How many incidents of garroting has there been in the history of football hooligaism?

I presume I'm not allowed to garrot people whilst in football ground (my fellow supporters as well) but I am at perfect liberty to do this outside.

It was bonkers.
